Greening Missouri Homes Conference Postponed |

The University of Missouri - Center for Sustainable energy has partnered with the HBA to present the Greening Missouri Homes Conference in Jefferson City. The event has been postponed until Oct. 19-20. The home builders associations in St. Louis, Springfield and Jefferson City will also take part in the two-day conference.

HBA Provides Sprinkler Option Form to builders |

Effective Aug. 28 home builders are required by Missouri state law to provide homebuyers an option to choose installation of a residential fire sprinkler before signing a contract for the purchase of a new home.

More than 100 HBA members came out in mid-February when past president Travis Graham and Remodelers Council Chair Dan Norburg hosted the next in a series of lunches helping connect new and veteran members of the association. The free membership lunch was held at the HBA office.
